Why book a furnished home for a month or more?
A furnished home for a month or more is different from a place you visit. You get real rooms, and you get them for exactly the length of time you need.
The stay lengths people actually need fall into a gap. A 13-week travel nursing contract. A winter in the desert, November through April. A four-month commissioning project. The months between selling one house and closing on the next. Hotels are built for nights and price up over months. Apartment leases are built for a year, unfurnished, with credit checks, deposits, utility setup, and furniture to buy and then get rid of. Neither one fits a stay measured in months.

MidStays is an independent booking site for furnished stays of one to eleven months. Every listing is a real house or condo, fully furnished and equipped for living rather than visiting, and inspected by a local property manager before you arrive. MidStays lists homes across 17 destinations in Arizona and California. Extended stays, simplified.
What is the minimum stay?
<p>29 nights, on every home, with no shorter option anywhere on the site. Book the exact number of nights you need above 29.</p>
Are utilities included?
Utilities and any applicable fees are shown on each home's listing and in your quote before you book. This varies from property to property, so read the listing for the home you want and check the quote for your specific dates. Nothing about utilities is bundled into a flat MidStays rate, and nothing about them is left until after you have committed.
Where does MidStays have homes?
MidStays lists furnished homes in 17 destinations across Arizona and California. In Arizona: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tucson, Sedona, Flagstaff, and the White Mountains around PineTop. Can I extend my stay if my plans change?
Stays on MidStays run from 29 nights up to eleven months, so extending within that range is a normal thing to ask for. Nursing contracts get renewed, projects run long, and closing dates move. Talk to your local manager as early as you can, because an extension depends on whether that specific home is still open for your new dates, which is confirmed property by property.
